Therapy is a useful tool for helping you learn to cope with anxiety, no matter what the cause is. It works by addressing underlying issues and teaching you coping skills to deal with them. There are many therapists and therapeutic styles out there, so make sure you find a combination that works well for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
